Put the GoPro camera into either Frame*, Skeleton Housing* or Waterproof Housing* and connect the mount bar with the long thumbscrew. 

Find a best roll bar (metal one is preferred) and put the Mount bar on to there. Use the 2 short thumbscrew to hold securely
